Community - 2010 Hillbrooke Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting for the Hillbrooke Homeowners Association has been set for Sunday, February 21, 2010, at 5:00 PM in the Pool Pavilion. **PLEASE NOTE THE DATE HAS CHANGED FROM THE NOTICE SENT TWO WEEKS AGO** Sign-In for this meeting will begin at 4:45 p.m. Please mark your calendar accordingly and make plans to attend this very important meeting. The business of the Association is your business, and we are all striving to protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood. Let your voice be heard by being present on this night.

A major item of business at the February 21st meeting will be the election of new Board members to the Board of Directors. There will be two new Board members elected. Along with current members Mike Mudler, Rebbie Lichliter and Cori McKay, the newly elected members will form the Board of Directors for 2010. If you are interested in running for the open positions and would like to have your name placed on the ballot, please contact me at kim@homesideproperties.com.

In addition to any nominations received in this manner, you will also be allowed to nominate individuals from the floor, as long as they are present at the meeting and current on association assessments. Homeowners unable to attend the meeting may submit the enclosed proxy to another homeowner or to a member of the Board of Directors at any time prior to the meeting.

The other item of business that will be discussed at this meeting will be the 2009 financial overview and the 2010 budget. If you would like to see the budget for 2010, please log on to www.homesideproperties.com and register as a user. Once you have registered, you will be able to view the 2010 budget.
