Welcome to Hillbrooke Site!

Hillbrooke is a wonderful private swim/tennis neighborhood community located in North Fulton County Georgia. This beautiful 263 home community is situated in Alpharetta, and is rich with amenities.

The Hillbrooke web site is an interactive website for both residents and prospective residents. There are both public and private sides of the web site thus not all of the information is made available to the public. If you have accessed this from the public side there are many features only available to the residents. However, please feel free to tour through the public areas to learn more about Hillbrooke and how you can make it your home!

Choosing an HVAC Company
Like many homes in Hillbrooke, our heating and air conditioning systems were original contractor installations and old enough to be somewhere between vintage and ancient. I decided to get a few quotes in anticipation of eventual failures.

Coyotes Reported
To let you know that we had a couple of coyotes kill something in the back of the neighborhood around 6:30 this morning. Not sure (it was dark) if it was a cat, small deer, which we have or had several back there, or some other unfortunate critter. Chris Reihing talked with John’s Creek Police, then Fulton County Game, then Atlanta Wildlife Control. The guy at Atlanta Wildlife said they are running rampant up in our area, and had a report yesterday of two them taking down a 60 pound Labrador retriever. Said Johns Creek and Fulton County are doing nothing about it.

Calling for Content
Hillbrooke needs your help.  We are looking for content to add to the website.  You can add content to the website yourself or you can send an email to webmaster@hillbrooke.com.  Please help.  The neighborhood used to produce a newsletter but due to a lack of content the newsletter has gone unpublished basically since 2005.  The website is a great tool for conveying information to the community.  Let's take advantage of it and use it.

Choose Johns Creek
Here are the mayor's words from his "State of the City" address on January 31:

We began establishing our own identity and enhancing the sense of pride and unity in our community.

While we don't have our own post office yet - and it may be some time in coming - we did get the Postal Service to officially recognize Johns Creek, Georgia for mail delivery. This, however, is just the start, which leads me to my next initiative, "Choose to Use Johns Creek."
