Hillbrooke Subdivision
Hillbrooke is a wonderful private swim/tennis neighborhood community located in
North Fulton County Georgia. This beautiful 263 home community is situated in
Alpharetta, and is rich with amenities. Go for a stroll on the sidewalks that
run throughout the neighborhood, take your children to the playground or stop by
the Pavilion to engage with friends. Whatever your interests may be, Hillbrooke
offers something for everyone!
If education is a concern, Hillbrooke is located in one of the finest school districts
in the state. Abbotts Hill Elementary and Chatahoochee High Schools all boast test
scores significantly ahead of the national averages. Our children are thriving and
the school programs are wonderful. There are also many outstanding private schools
within close proximity if this is your preference.
One of Hillbrooke's most used amenities is the tennis facilities! With our 4 lighted
tennis courts you may choose to play for fun or compete in the ALTA league where
competition is the name of the game. We provide opportunities for all ages to
enjoy the courts whether for lessons, team play or tennis mixers/round robins.
Our pool complex includes not only a wonderful competition pool, but also a wading
pool. Our pool is also home to the Hillbrooke Hammerheads swim team.
From the middle of May until the beginning of July, they are actively practicing and
competing. There are daily practices with their coaches and Thursday nights are
reserved for competitive meets against other area teams. Our 100 member swim team
provides your children with the opportunity to make new friends, while developing
strength, fitness and a sense of accomplishments.
The Hillbrooke web site is an interactive website for both residents and prospective
residents. There are both public and private sides of the web site thus not all of
the information is made available to the public. If you have accessed this from the public
side there are many features only available to the residents. However, please feel free
to tour through the public areas to learn more about Hillbrooke and how you can make it
your home!
