Hillbrooke is a wonderful private swim/tennis neighborhood community located in
North Fulton County Georgia. This beautiful 263 home community is situated in
Alpharetta, and is rich with amenities.
The Hillbrooke web site is an interactive website for both residents and prospective residents. There are both public and private sides of the web site thus not all of the information is made available to the public. If you have accessed this from the public side there are many features only available to the residents. However, please feel free to tour through the public areas to learn more about Hillbrooke and how you can make it your home!

Stolen Haloween Items
In the last couple of evenings there has been a few neighbors that have reported halloween decorations stolen. This is unacceptable and the police will be contacted. A week ago there were a number of garbage cans knocked over with garbage spilling into the street. Again this is not acceptable and most likely was the result of teenagers in the neighborhood. HOA Board Meeting Minutes - September 2011 / Mid Year Meeting Review
On September 11th we held our annual midyear meeting and had a pretty good turn-out. Lots of new neighbors came out and learned a lot about our HOA. I reviewed the budget during our meeting, and am happy to report that we are in good shape this year. We invested $13,000 on repairs to the tennis courts and thanked John Johnson for his help on coordinating the work. Hillbrooke is ahead of budget by over $5,000 even with the capital improvements.
